Eric is the overall technical and strategic leader of XO. A serial entrepreneur, he launched, scaled, and sold 5 different software companies before the age of 30, before he decided that his true passion was helping other business owners grow their companies through smarter 伟德棋牌平台. Levi is Senior Director of Projects and Escalation. An expert in planning, organization, and 伟德棋牌平台 engineering, he makes sure your important projects get done on time and within budget, and steps in to assist with high-level issues. Prior to joining XO, Levi worked in retail management, which taught him to deal with customer issues calmly yet urgently, and to always put the customer first.

Nik is Senior Director of Services Delivery. He oversees the tech support and engineering teams, ensuring all your support requests are promptly and efficiently routed, prioritized, and completed. Before joining XO, Nik spent 8+ years in 伟德棋牌平台 services management for HP, ADP, and others. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Windows Server and Exchange.
